Also, if you could be in prayer for Val and I in regards to our future, especially in the ministry, we would greatly appreciate it. I can't go into details here without gossiping so I won't, but the future is rather uncertain at the moment. In short though, I turned down a "1 year renewable" call to Assistant Pastor at my church, and I'm not sure how the session will take it.
If you've never heard of a "1 year renewable" call before, you're not alone. That's one of the reasons I turned it down. |
